Authentic Himalayan sound healing, offered to everyone — give whatever feels right.
Since 2016, Nepal Singing Bowl and Healing Center has been offering donation-based sound healing sessions as part of our daily practice and commitment to sharing the benefits of Himalayan singing bowls.
This tradition was started by our founder with the simple intention of making people aware of the healing potential of sound. At that time, singing bowls and meditation were not as widely known as they are today. Many travelers came to Nepal seeking peace in the Himalayas, but very few had the opportunity to experience authentic sound healing.
Our donation-based sessions were created to make this experience accessible to everyone
A sound healing session has the same value whether it is offered privately or through our donation-based program. We continue these sessions not as a marketing activity, but because we believe moments of peace and self-discovery should remain available to anyone who wishes to experience them.
Sunday to Friday · Given Freely
Open to everyone, Sunday to Friday — come as you are and give whatever feels right.
Donation | Sun to fri | 9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
Ease into the day with seated meditation, gentle mantra chanting, and the healing vibrations of Himalayan bowls and gongs. Simply arrive, slow down, and begin your day with clarity and presence.
Donation | sun to fri | 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM
Unwind after a busy day. Lie back in Śavāsana as the healing sounds of Himalayan bowls and gongs wash over you — with a gentle taste of direct vibration on the chakra points, a first feel of how the bowls resonate through the body.
The vibrations gently support the nervous system, settling the body and calming the mind into deep rest.
For some, the vibrations open a quiet space where held emotions can gently surface and soften.
For others, simply a peaceful moment away from the noise and busyness of everyday life.
Over the years, more than 2,000 people from around the world have joined these sessions and shared their personal experiences with us. Listening to these stories has become one of our greatest teachers, helping us understand the subtle effects of sound far beyond what any book alone can teach.
A GLIMPSE INSIDE
Come as you are, and share a quiet space with people from every walk of life.
For many visitors—and even for people living in the busy city of Kathmandu—our center has become a peaceful space to slow down, enjoy a cup of tea, ask questions, meditate, and simply be themselves without expectation.
Our donation-based sessions are also an essential part of every training course.
Students are encouraged to attend these sessions throughout their learning journey. This allows them to experience the techniques not only as practitioners but also as participants.
